Road trippin'

So MacDaddy's new job has him traveling a lot. Like A Lot. And since he was going to be gone the week after Christmas, he may have begged a little for us to come with him. And that folks is the glory of home schooling, because we did. Books and all. Just like that.
Seattle bound we went, o'darkthirty the next morning.
With school books and swim suits we spent the week hotel living.
The hotel was right on the water next to the sea plane "airport", so the boys were plenty busy watching boats and planes. It didn't get old. The view was fantastic. Especially at night. Absolutely glorious.
The hotel had a hot breakfast of our piggy choice every morning. We spent the afternoons between swimming and book learning and the evening's catching up with old friends (the best part!). The kids and I even managed our usual fun Friday (our day off) adventures.
And if I may gloat a little, I've become quite adept at driving downtown Seattle. I'm a little amazing.

 Hotels are for lounging.
Poor picture of a beautiful city.
 Making forts.
 Making phone calls, making trouble.
MacDaddy's work has a Segway (or two), they're basically awesome and I need one.
See the little red bag? Ya, we went there. It was pretty darn cool.
Took MacDaddy some dinner for a late night working. Chopsticks? Yes, please.
This is probably the introductory doll...Oiyh.
This amazing bead pig was irresistibly scary.

Now where to next?? We can't hardly wait. I mean if I'm not home I don't have to clean my house right? Right?
